The main kitchen and dining space overlooks the waterfront and is stocked with all the necessities to help you unwind. Separate to this space is a large lounge room with plenty of seating. Outside you will find a large swimming pool overlooking the lake, 2 daybeds by the pool and a large entertaining space including a BBQ. We greatly appreciate assistance with putting the bins out for council collection on Sunday night and bringing back in after pick up on Monday. THIS IS STRICTLY NOT A PARTY HOUSE. PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC OR OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR AND FOUL LANGUAGE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND GUESTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY EVICTED. ABSOLUTELY NO SCHOOLIES THE HOUSE IS PROVIDED FOR A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF 11 GUESTS. THERE ARE NOT TO BE ANY EVENTS WITH ANY ADDITIONAL PEOPLE OVER AND ABOVE THIS NUMBER. BE RESPECTFUL TO OUR LOVELY NEIGHBOURS AT ALL TIMES. BOTH NEIGHBOURS ARE IN CONTACT WITH ME IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES.
